Abstract:
In order to better analyze and evaluate the influence of film structure on PV coated glass, this paper compares the optical properties, film pencil hardness, and film microstructure of PV coated glass with different thicknesses and film structures. The influence of different types of environmental aging tests on the performance of PV coated glass is analyzed, and the mechanism of the influence of different film structures on the performance of PV coated glass is studied. The research results show that coating anti reflective film on the surface of PV glass can effectively improve its optical performance. In the wavelength range of 380~1100 nm,compared to the PV glass with thickness of 3.2 mm,the average effective solar transmittance gain of single-layer and double-layer coated glass with thickness of 3.2 mm is 2.27% and 2.50%,respectively. The optical properties of PV coated glass are influenced by the film structure, film thickness, and film porosity. The porosity of both single-layer and double-layer coating surface films is about 49%,and the porosity of the double-layer coating bottom film is about 12%. The film layer pencil hardness of double-layer coated glass is lower than that of singlelayer coated glass, mainly because the Si—O—Si network structure of the surface film is built on top of network structure of the bottom film. The bonding force between the surface film and the bottom film is lower than that between the network structure and the glass substrate. Double-layer coated glass has a dense bottom film, which can effectively block water vapor and pollutants from reacting with the glass substrate, making it have better environmental aging resistance.
