Abstract: In recent years,the policies of emission peak and carbon neutrality has led the PV industry in China to enter a high-speed development stage,and put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of PV industry talents. In this paper,is found that there are some problems in the supply quantity of professional talents,the supply structure of R＆D talents and the discipline system of talent training in domestic PV industry that are not compatible with the rapid development of the industry. The cultivation of PV industry talents in the new era should be based on giving full play to the advantages of enterprise incubation,attracting talents from related cross-industries,giving full play to the advantages of industrial agglomeration areas,further improving discipline construction,and promoting the reform of core courses from the needs of industrialization;Optimize the teaching staff of colleges and universities,and improve the quality of PV industry talent training on the basis of school-enterprise dual tutorial system;Strengthen the integration of production and education and encourage joint cooperation with enterprises.
