塔式太阳能热发电站吸热塔的电气系统设计要点分析

ANALYSIS OF DESIGN POINTS IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF HEAT ABSORPTION TOWER OF TOWER CSP STATION

  • 摘要: 通过对塔式太阳能热发电站吸热塔的负荷特性和电气设备布置进行分析,并对吸热塔电气系统的接线方案及盘柜布置要点进行了总结。分析结果表明:1)根据吸热塔负荷需求,推荐采用电动机控制中心(MCC)就地布置和不间断电源(UPS)综合利用的设置原则,并给出了典型的电气设备布置方案及影响其布置的因素;2)根据吸热塔的结构特点及检修需求,确定了吸热塔电气配电室内电气盘柜采用“上进上出线”的方式、电缆采用竖向电缆通道及单层梯式桥架多排敷设的方案;3)根据电缆铠装型式及特点,建议塔内动力电缆选用钢丝铠装。该设计方案可有效提高塔式太阳能热发电站吸热塔电气系统的合理性、可靠性及运行检修维护的便利性,对电气系统的设计具有重要的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the load characteristics and electrical equipment layout of the heat absorption tower of tower CSP station,and summarizes the wiring scheme and key points of panel cabinet layout of the electrical system of the heat absorption tower. The analysis results show that:1) Based on the load demand of the heat absorption tower,it is recommended to adopt the principles of on-site layout of the motor control center(MCC)and comprehensive utilization of uninterruptible power supply(UPS),and typical electrical equipment layout schemes and factors affecting their layout are provided. 2) Based on the structural characteristics and maintenance requirements of the heat absorption tower,it has been determined that the electrical cabinets in the electrical distribution room of the heat absorption tower will adopt the "upward input and upward output" method,and the vertical cable channels adopts a single-layer ladder type cable tray with multiple rows of laying scheme.3) Based on the type and characteristics of cable armor,it is recommended to use steel wire armor for power cables inside the tower. This design scheme can effectively improve the rationality,reliability,and convenience of operation,maintenance,and repair of the electrical system of the heat absorption tower of the tower CSP station,and has important reference significance for the design of the electrical system.
