Abstract:
This paper prepares silicon wafers with different surface textures by adjusting the proportion of surfactants and nucleating agents added in the velvet corrosion solution additive. The effect of the proportion of surfactants and nucleating agents on the surface micro morphology and reflectivity of silicon wafers,as well as on the electrical performance of PERC mono-Si solar cells are studied. The results show that as the proportion of surfactants added increases, the cleaning effect of the corrosive solution on silicon wafers gradually enhances, and the proportion of solar cells with black spots, pits, and dirt gradually decreases. At the same time, the pyramid size(width) formed on the surface of mono-Si wafers gradually decreases, and the specific surface area first increases and then decreases, resulting in a pattern of first increasing and then decreasing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells. When the proportion of surfactant added is 0.6%,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell reaches its maximum value, which is 22.736%. As the proportion of nucleating agent added increases, the uniformity of the pile pyramid on mono-Si wafers gradually improves. When the proportion of nucleating agent added is greater than 0.8%,the uniformity of the pile pyramid is basically stable, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell also reaches its maximum value, which is 22.784%.
