驱油用乳液聚合物性能评价与现场试验

Property evaluation and pilot test of emulsion polymer for oil displacement

  • 摘要: 大庆油田清配污稀干粉聚合物(P-HPAM)比清配清稀增加聚合物用量40 % ~65 %,致使聚合物驱技术效果变差,经济效益下滑。同时,配制干粉聚合物耗时较长,地面设施投资高。因此,降低聚合物用量,改善聚合物驱技术效果,快速分散、溶解,降低地面设施投资,对聚合物驱提质增效显得尤为重要。通过系统评价乳液聚合物(E-AM/AA/AMPS)的理化性能和驱油效果,并与干粉聚合物(P-HPAM)进行对比的结果表明,乳液聚合物增黏性、黏度稳定性、抗剪切性、界面性能和乳化性能等优于干粉聚合物。采用清配污稀方式,在聚合物质量浓度为1600 mg/L、用量为960 mg/L条件下,天然岩心驱油实验乳液聚合物驱提高采收率为18.8 % (以原始地质储量计),比干粉聚合物驱提高6.9 % (以原始地质储量计)。在提高采收率值约为13 % (以原始地质储量计)时,乳液聚合物比干粉聚合物降低聚合物用量1080 mg/L。同时,乳液聚合物20 min即可完全溶解,是干粉聚合物溶解时间的1/4,并可实现在线熟化,简化配注工艺流程。目前,乳液聚合物驱油现场试验已见到显著的增油降水效果。

     

    Abstract: As the dilution method changes from clean water to produced water in Daqing oilfield, the powder HPAM consumed is increased by about 40 % -65 %, resulting in the decreased technical effects and economic benefits of polymer flooding. In addition, the method leads to a time-consuming preparation of powder HPAM and massive ground investment. Reducing the amount of polymer used, improving the effectiveness of polymer flooding technology, quick dispersion and dissolution, as well as lower investment in surface facilities are particularly important for enhancing the quality and efficiency of polymer flooding. Based on systematic evaluation of physical and chemical properties and oil displacement effect of emulsion polymer (E-AM/AA/AMPS), the results compared with powder polymer (P-HPAM) indicate that the emulsion polymer has better viscosifying capacity, viscosity stability, anti-shearing property, interfacial performance and emulsifying ability. When the method of preparation with clean water and dilution with produced water is used in the natural core oil displacement experiment, at the same polymer concentration of 1600 mg/L and consumption of 960 mg/L, the enhanced oil recovery (EOR) of emulsion polymer flooding is 18.8 % OOIP, 6.9 % more than that of dry polymer flooding. When EOR is about 13 % OOIP, the dosage of emulsion polymer is 1080 mg/L, lower than that of dry polymer. The emulsion polymer can be completely dissolved in 20 minutes, accouting for 1/4 of the dissolution time for dry polymer, thus realizing online ripening and simplifying the preparation and injection process. At present, the field test of emulsion polymer flooding has witnessed a significant effect of oil increase and water reduction.
