Abstract: The stable development of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) is closely related with the continuously innovative exploration management mode. Based on the requirements of national energy security and development, aiming to solve the bottleneck problems of offshore oil-gas exploration and build an international first-class energy company with Chinese characteristics, CNOOC proposes a management mode of marine oil and gas intensive exploration based on the cooperation of multiple operation modes. This management mode deepens the connotations of the exploration management principles, management systems, operation methods, dynamic management, environmental protection management, business mode and personnel training. It provides a strong support for discovering the large-scale and high-quality oil and gas reserves, solving the key theoretical and technical problems of offshore oil-gas exploration, and building the international first-class energy company with Chinese characteristics.
