修井作业自降解防漏堵漏体系

Self-degradation plugging system during workover operation

  • 摘要: 为减少修井液漏失防止油层伤害,借鉴钻井过程中的屏蔽暂堵理论,提出了修井作业堵漏材料自匹配堵漏技术。该技术开发了弱凝胶悬浮基液,合成了黏弹性好、变形程度大、强度高、可吸水膨胀且在一定温度下能够自动水化降解的聚合物材料作为堵漏关键材料,并与其他辅助暂堵材料协同配合形成了集凝胶、自降解材料、油溶树脂和微泡沫于一体的修井作业防漏堵漏体系,能够在漏失层快速形成封堵屏障,有效减少修井液漏失。性能评价结果表明该体系承压可达15 MPa,同时可在3~5 d自动降解,渗透率恢复率大于90%,可以达到堵得住、解得开、油层污染小的目的。在大港油田现场应用52井次,对于渗滤性、微裂缝和大孔道型漏失或多种漏失并存的井防漏堵漏成功率高达95%以上;作业井的平均产量恢复期小于5 d、平均产量恢复率大于97%,保护油层效果显著。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the leakage of workover fluid and prevent the formation damage, using the shielding temporary plugging theory in drilling process, this study put forward the plugging materials self-match plugging technology for workover treatment. For this technology, weak gel suspension was prepared, and a polymer material was synthesized as a key material for plugging, characterized by good viscoelasticity, high deformation degree, high strength, water swelling and automatic hydration degradation at a certain temperature. Moreover, this material can collaborate with other auxiliary temporary plugging material to form a workover plugging system including gel, self-degradable material, oil soluble resin and micro bubble, able to form a plugging barrier in the leakage layer and effective to reduce the leakage of workover fluid. The performance evaluation results show that this system has a bearing pressure of 15 MPa, the ability of automatic degradation in 3-5 days, and the permeability recovery rate of over 90%, able to achieve the purpose of blocking, plug releasing and less reservoir pollution. The application of this system is over 52 well times in Dagang Oilfield, and a high plugging success rate greater than 95% is achieved for the wells with permeability, micro fracture and big-pore-throat leakage loss or the coexistence of multiple leakages. The average yield recovery period of the well is less than 5 days, and the average yield recovery rate is more than 97%, indicating the significant protection effect on oil reservoir.
