原油碳源微生物自动寻的提高原油采收率机理

Mechanism of enhanced oil recovery using microorganisms consuming crude oil

  • 摘要: 应用可视化实验观测方法,对3种原油碳源微生物提高原油采收率的机理进行的研究发现,原油碳源微生物有向原油定向运移并直接接触原油的“自动寻的”功能,并使原油碳源处菌群高度富集。这种自动寻的运移是原油碳源微生物提高原油采收率的基础。实验发现,在任何时候,原油碳源处的菌浓度比其他各处高出5~6个数量级。距原油碳源越远,菌浓度越低,其代谢产物浓度分布规律与菌浓度分布规律相符。微观模拟实验表明,高浓度的菌群及其大量代谢产物协同作用于原油碳源有利于剩余油启动。依据所得规律,对应用原油碳源微生物提高采收率的生产模式提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: The visualized experiments were used to study the mechanism of enhanced oil recovery using three kinds of microorganisms consuming crude oil.The microorganisms consuming crude oil have a tendency to migrate directionally towards crude oil and closely contact with crude oil.The "automatic target seeking" phenomenon of the microorganism consuming crude oil consequently resulted in high concentration of microbes around crude oil.Simulation test showed that high-concentration microbes and the metabolic products could act on crude oil,which was favorable to drive remaining oil.Some suggestions for enhancing oil recovery using microorganisms consuming crude oil are presented.
