Abstract:
The interior aquifuges and faults in buried hills are the main factors that control the distribution of remaining oil.Comprehensively applying seismology, geology, log and development behavior of reservoir, the classifying standard for aquifuges was defined. The relative aquifuges were classified into four types, and a synthetic evaluating was made for all the aquifuges. The roles of aquifuges playing in reservoir development behavior were analysised. The relation between the distribution of aquifuges and remaining oil was studied. According to the combination of the interior aquifuges and faults in three dimension, the pattern of remaining oil was classified into three main types and six subtypes. Finally, the favorite potential regions and intervals of remaining oil in buried hill were predicted.
