复合天轮式长冲程抽油机的设计依据

THE DESIGN CRITERIA OF “COMPOUND CROWN WHEEL” LONG-STROKE PUMPING UNIT

  • 摘要: 夏合天轮式长冲程抽油机是一种高速有杆式抽油机。在用小于φ70mm泵径的条件下,可达到200m3/d以上的大排液量,并可在抽油过程中进行环空测试。在分析了油田各种常用抽油机型和加速度以及各种参量之间的关系基础上,提出了该机的设计准则。其最大速度vm比推荐的常规抽油机的vm高出44%,而其最大加速度am确落在常规抽油机am的范围内。

     

    Abstract: "Compound crown wheel" long-stroke pumping unit is a type of high speed rod pumpingunit,which is designed for a large pump output,(200 m/d3)smaller pump diameter lessthan 70mm rod pump.So that,the annulus test can be conducted in the course of production. In this paper,design criterion presented is based on analyzing the type of some pumpingunits applied in oil field and relations between acceleration and various parameters.A newpumping unit was developed. Its maximum velocity Vm is 44% higher than the recommendation for Vm of pumping units and its maximum acceleration am is in a range commonly used byconventional pumping unit.
