Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of Main Shaft Fracture of Wind Turbines

  • 摘要: 某风电场发生一起风电机组主轴断裂事故,造成轮毂内变桨机构和齿轮箱发生不同程度损伤。对事故原因进行了分析,确定引发主轴断裂的原因为异常载荷下的材料疲劳损伤,提出了主轴裂纹的排查方法,同时采取增加主轴轴承测温装置、增加机组在线振动监测仪2项技改措施,对风电机组主轴裂纹的监测和事故预防提供了成功经验和运维指导。

     

    Abstract: A main shaft fracture accident of wind turbines occurred in a wind power plant,resulting in varying degrees of damage to the rotor-regulating mechanism and gearbox in the hub.In this paper,the cause of the accident is analyzed,and it is determined that the cause of main shaft fracture is material fatigue damage under abnormal load.The detection method of main shaft cracks is put forward.At the same time,two technical reconstruction measures are taken,that is,installing temperature measuring device of main shaft bearing and on-line vibration monitoring instrument of units,which provides successful experience and operational guidance for monitoring and accident prevention of main shaft cracks of wind turbines.
