  • 摘要: 新型在役火电厂锅炉受热面由于管内杂质的存在而引发的超温爆管现象时有发生,如果仍然按照新建机组吹管方法进行吹管,不仅费时费力且要花费大量资金。针对此情况,提出了一种适用于在役火电厂锅炉吹管的技术方法,并根据机组情况确定了合适的吹管方案,实现了清除锅炉受热面杂质的目的,效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In in-service thermal power units,the phenomenon of over-temperature tube burst occurs from time to time due to the uneven heating caused by impurities in the boiler heating surface. If the pipe blowing is still carried out according to the pipe blowing method of the newly built units, it is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also costs a lot of money. In order to deal with this problem,a technical method suitable for boiler pipe blowing in-service thermal power plants is put forward,and the appropriate pipe blowing scheme is determined according to the condition of the units,which helps to achieve the purpose of removing impurities on the heating surface of the boiler,and the effect is favorable.
