极寒地区发电机组电气整套启动试运方案优化

Study on Optimization of Electrical Start-up Trial Operation Scheme for Generator Set in Extremely Cold Regions

  • 摘要: 目前,国内中大型火力发电机组整组启动前的电气试验均按照《火力发电建设工程启动试运及验收规程:DL/T 5437—2009》开展整套启动试运,按照《电力设备预防性试验规程:DL/T 596—2021》开展电气试验工作,但常规电气试验方法不能满足极寒地区极端环境中设备的安全性要求。在对600 MW大型汽轮发电机组电气整套启动试运实例研究的基础上,通过优化试运阶段短路试验、同源核相及同期试验的方法,避免了极寒地区火电机组设备整套启动试运过程中低温因素对发电机组设备设施带来的影响。

     

    Abstract: At present,the electrical test of the whole set of medium and large thermal power generating units before start-up is carried out in accordance with Procedure for Trial Operation and Acceptance of Thermal Power Generation Construction Project:DL/T 5437—2009 and Procedure for Preventive Test of Electric Power Equipment:DL/T 596—2021,but the conventional electrical test method cannot meet the safety requirements of equipment in extreme environment in extremely cold regions. The influence of low temperature factor on the equipment and facilities of the generator set during the trial operation of the whole set of thermal power plant equipment in extremely cold regions is avoided by optimizing short-circuit test,homologous nuclear phase test and simultaneous test based on the case study of the whole set start-up trial operation of a 600 MW large thermal power generating unit.
