风力发电机组状态监测与故障诊断研究综述

Review on Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis of Wind Turbines

  • 摘要: 随着风力发电装机容量的快速增长,风电机组的运维工作量也日益增加,但有效的故障检测和诊断方法仍然缺少。在简述风力发电机组结构及其故障特征的基础上,针对风力发电机组的主要故障部件,详细介绍了齿轮箱、叶片及发电机等现有的状态监测和故障诊断方法,总结了现有风力发电机组状态监测与故障诊断中的不足,对风力发电机组监测和诊断的发展方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid growth of installed capacity of wind power generation,the operation and maintenance workload of wind turbines is also increasing day by day,but there is still a lack of effective fault detection and diagnosis methods.Based on a brief description of the structure and their fault characteristics of the wind turbines,the existing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis methods of gear boxes,blades and generators and other main fault components of wind turbines are introduced in detail,the shortcomings in the existing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbines are summarized and the development direction of monitoring and diagnosis of wind turbines is forecasted.
