  • 摘要: 智能投切开关能够控制线路电压或者电流在期望的相位进行关合和开断,有效减少高压开关在投切电容器组时引起的合闸涌流和过电压,消除分闸重燃所引起的电路过电压。山东正本电气有限公司为某变电站10 kV高压并联电容器成套装置研制的智能投切开关,三相动力独立驱动,既能同时分合闸,亦能相控分合闸,具备分合闸时间短、合闸无弹跳、分闸反弹小等特点,同时具有手动分闸功能。运行试验表明,完全能满足高压并联电容器组对智能投切开关的要求。

     

    Abstract: The intelligent switch can control the line voltage or current to turn on and off at the desired phase,effectively reduce the switching inrush current and overvoltage caused by the high-voltage switch when the capacitor bank is switched,and eliminate the circuit overvoltage caused by the switching-off reignition. The intelligent switch developed by Shandong Zhengben Power Electric Co.,Ltd. for a 10 kV high voltage shunt capacitor set in a substation is independently driven by three-phase power. It can be switched on and off at the same time,and can also be controlled by phase. It has the characteristics of short switching time,no bounce when switching on,small rebound when switching off and manual switching off function. The operation test shows that it fully meets the requirements of high voltage shunt capacitor banks for intelligent switch.
