Comparison and Selection of Heat Supply Schemes for Direct Air-cooling Units

  • 摘要: 介绍了空冷机组的特点和加热热网循环水的基本方式,根据目前主流直接空冷机组的特点及基本加热方式的不同,提出了常规供热方案、热泵供热方案、高背压供热方案,并对这3种供热方案进行了比较分析,形成了各方案适用的临界曲线,对同类型机组供热改造方案的选择具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Air-cooling units are mainly adopted for heating in the north of China. Characteristics of air-cooling units and the basic ways of circulating water heating network are introduced. According to the different characteristics of the current mainstream direct air-cooling units of and basic heating modes,the schemes of conventional heating, heat pump heating, high back pressure heating are put forward. After comparative analysis of the three heating schemes,the critical curve applicable for each scheme is formed,which has a certain guiding significance for the selection of heating reform scheme for the same type of units.
