山西省“十四五”新型储能规划及布局研究

Study on the Planning and Layout of New Energy Storage in Shanxi Province during the 14th Five-year Plan

  • 摘要: 立足于推动能源绿色转型,努力构建清洁低碳、安全高效能源体系的发展方针,根据山西电力系统实际需求,在山西省“十四五”电力发展和调峰需求预测的基础上,结合储能容量需求分析和电网侧储能布局思路,开展新型储能规划及布局研究。以2021年4月典型日24 h消纳曲线为例,从新能源弃电率和新能源发电量占比等角度分析了新型储能接入对山西电网的影响,同时对中长期新型储能发展目标及重点任务进行了展望,期待储能在未来新型电力系统构建中真正发挥积极有效的作用,为电网安全稳定运行保驾护航。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote green energy transformation and strive to build a development guideline of clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,new energy storage planning and layout study is carried out based on power development and peak regulating demand forecast of “14th Five-year Plan" in Shanxi Province according to the actual demand of Shanxi power system,combined with energy storage capacity demand analysis and grid-side energy storage layout ideas.The 24-hour consumption curve on a typical day in April 2021 is taken as an example,the impact of new energy storage access on Shanxi power grid is analyzed in terms of the abandonment rate of new energy and the proportion of new energy generation and so on.At the same time,the medium and long term development goals and key tasks of new energy storage are prospected.And it is expected that energy storage will really play a positive and effective role in the construction of the new power system in the future to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
