新型手抛式输电线路接地线的研究

Research on the Grounding Wire of a New Type of Hand-thrown Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 为适应超特高压输电线的快速发展和检修工作的需要,解决输电耐张塔内转角挂接困难的问题,结合现场工作实际,设计出一种手抛式接地线。对比传统已有的2种接地工具的弊端,提出新型接地线夹结构,通过机械设计连接,在接地线夹领域首次实现单方向受力双段控制线夹完成接地线的远距离抛挂及拆除。通过现场实地1∶1输电塔挂拆试验,顺利完成挂接,经过安全检测后已量产。根据电力生产需要,利用上述机械线夹结构思想,变更相应线夹尺寸、配置不同长度和截面接地铜线,将能应用于多种电压等级的输电线路接地。

     

    Abstract: In order to adapt to the rapid development and meet the needs of maintenance of ultra-high voltage transmission lines,and to solve the problem of angle connection difficulty in transmission tensioning tower,a kind of hand-thrown grounding wire is designed according to the actual work in the field. Compared with the disadvantages of the two traditional grounding tools,a new type of grounding wire clamp structure is put forward. Through mechanical design and connection,it is the first time in the field of grounding wire clamp to realize the completion of the long-distance throwing and dismantling of the grounding wire with the single-direction force and double-section control wire clamp. Through the field 1∶1 transmission tower throwing and dismantling experiment,the connection is successfully completed,and it has been mass-produced after passing the safety test. According to the needs of power production,with the adoption of the mechanical wire clamp structure idea mentioned above,the corresponding wire clamp size is changed and the grounding copper wire of different lengths and sections is configured,which can be applied to the grounding of transmission lines of a variety of voltage levels.
