Study on Application of Nano Self-cleaning Coating in Photovoltaic Power Station

  • 摘要: 在简述光伏电站自清洁技术的基础上,详细介绍了无机纳米超亲水涂料及涂层设计,现场试验结果显示,改性后的纳米粒子有效提高了初始纳米粒子的亲水性及与基体界面的结合力,其涂层寿命及去污效果均较普通纳米粒子组合更好,可显著提高光伏电站的发电量,发电增益可达3%以上,膜层寿命可达6~10 a。

     

    Abstract: Based on a brief introduction of self-cleaning technology of photovoltaic power station,the inorganic nano super hydrophilic coating and its coating design are expounded. Field test results show that the modified nanoparticles can effectively improve the hydrophilicity of initial nanoparticles and the binding force between the nanoparticles and the substrate interface,and the coating life and decontamination effects are better than those of ordinary nanoparticles combination,which can significantly improve the generating capacity of photovoltaic power stations. And the power generation gain can reach more than 3%,and the coating life can reach 6~10 a.
