Application of Waste Heat Utilization Technology based on Bypass Flue Gas in Boilers of Power Plants

  • 摘要: 针对电站锅炉排烟温度高、锅炉效率低、机组供电煤耗偏高等问题,采用基于空气预热器旁路烟道的烟气余热梯级利用技术,将锅炉的烟气余热利用和汽轮机的抽汽回热循环有机结合起来,不仅动态优化了热能的梯级利用,也改善了空气预热器的性能。以某电站300MW空冷机组为例,投运烟气余热梯级利用系统后,机组供电煤耗相比未投运时降低5.79 g/(kW·h),机组热经济性显著提高。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high exhaust gas temperature,low boiler efficiency and high coal consumption of power supply units in boilers of power plants,the step utilization technology of flue gas waste heat based on the bypass flue of air preheater is adopted,which organically combines the utilization of flue gas waste heat of boilers with the regenerative extraction cycle of steam turbines.This not only dynamically optimizes the step utilization of heat energy,but also improves the performance of the air preheater.Taking a 300 MW air-cooling unit of a power plant as an example,the power supply coal consumption of the unit is reduced by 5.79g/(kW·h) after the step utilization system of flue gas waste heat is put into operation compared with that when it is not put into operation,and the thermal economy of units is significantly improved.
