燃煤电厂可凝结颗粒物及水溶性离子排放特性研究
Study on the Emission Characteristics of Condensable Particulate Matter and Water-soluble Ions in Coal-fired Power Plants

摘要: 随着燃煤电厂超低排放改造的进行,烟气中可过滤颗粒物排放浓度得到了有效控制,但可凝结颗粒物的排放却常被忽视。为解决此问题,采用EPA Method 202A方法对3个燃煤机组总排口烟气进行取样,并对可凝结颗粒物及其水溶性离子的排放特性进行了研究。通过样品分析得到可过滤颗粒物排放浓度、可凝结颗粒物排放浓度和水溶性离子成分,可凝结颗粒物排放质量浓度为12.2~32.71 mg/m3,在排放的总颗粒物中占比为74.80%~94.92%,可凝结颗粒物无机组分和有机组分何者占优并不固定;可凝结颗粒物的水溶性离子中NH4+、Cl-和SO42-的离子较多,大概占所有水溶性离子的比例为82.35%~96.66%。Abstract: With the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants,the emission concentration of filterable particulate matter(FPM) in flue gas has been effectively controlled,but the emission of condensable particulate matter(CPM) is often ignored.In order to solve this problem,EPA Method 202 A is adopted to sample the flue gas from the total outlet of three coal-fired units,and the emission characteristics of CPM and its water-soluble ions are also studied.The emission concentrations of FPM,CPM and water-soluble ionic component are obtained through sample analysis.The following conclusions are drawn:The mass emission concentration of CPM is12.2~32.71 mg/m~3,accounting for 74.80%~94.92% of the total particulate matter emitted;it is not fixed whether inorganic component or organic component is dominant in CPM;there are more NH4+,Cl-and SO42- ions in CPM water-soluble ions,accounting for about82.35%~96.66% of all water-soluble ions.
