Study on CVT Insulation Resistance Test Method of Single-section Insulation Structure without Removing High Voltage Lead

  • 摘要: 单节绝缘结构电容式电压互感器为2个电容单元串联封闭于1个瓷套内,绝缘电阻测试需要登高拆除体积巨大的一次引线。绝缘电阻测试过程中拆装引线占总试验时长的82.3%。提出不需拆高压引线即可完成单节绝缘结构电容式电压互感器绝缘电阻测试的方法,经现场比对该测试方法准确可靠,明显提升了CVT绝缘电阻测试效率。

     

    Abstract: Since a single-section insulated capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)consists of two capacitors in series enclosed in a porcelain bushing,the insulation resistance test requires the removal of a bulky primary lead from a height. The insulation resistance test needs to be removed from a height and the bulky primary lead should be removed.During the insulation resistance test,the disassembly time of the lead accounts for 82.3% of the total test time. In this paper,a method is proposed to test the insulation resistance of singlesection CVT without removing the high-voltage lead. After field comparison,the test method is proved accurate and reliable,which can significantly improve the test efficiency of CVT insulation resistance test.
