基于分布式控制系统数据的汽轮发电机组振动报警方法研究及应用

Research and Application of Vibration Alarm Method for Steam Turbine Generator Unit based on DCS Data

  • 摘要: 针对汽轮发电机组振动常规报警方法的不足,提出了应用性较好的报警方法,即短周期峰谷差报警法、长周期均值变化量报警法、基于3σ准则的动态阈值报警法,并说明了3种改进方法的要点和适用条件。结合现场机组振动故障的报警实例,验证了所提报警方法的有效性和实用性,为机组振动报警提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to deal with the deficiency of conventional vibration alarm method of steam turbine generator unit,more applicable alarm methods are proposed,that is,short period peak-valley difference alarm method,long period mean value change alarm method and dynamic threshold alarm method based on 3 σ criterion.The key points and applicable conditions of the three improved methods are explained.The effectiveness and practicability of the alarm methods are verified by an example of the vibration fault alarm of the unit on site,which provides reference for the vibration alarm of the units.
