某330MW循环流化床机组30%额定负荷深度调峰试验研究

Test Study on Deep Peak Regulation at 30% Rated Load of a 330 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Unit

  • 摘要: 对某330MW循环流化床机组开展了30%额定负荷深度调峰试验研究,详细描述了进行深度调峰摸底试验需要进行的准备工作和试验过程中的注意事项,介绍了试验操作过程及遇到的问题和调整的策略。试验结果表明,DG1177/17.4-Ⅱ2型循环流化床锅炉在30%额定负荷工况下,通过对配风、床温和床压的调整,能够实现锅炉NOx原始生成值低于50 mg/m3的目标;低负荷工况下,要避免大幅加减煤,防止造成汽压、汽温和NOx排放值的调整紊乱;汽轮机采用单阀模式,能够有效提高再热汽温。本研究结果可以为同类型循环流化床锅炉30%额定负荷深度调峰提供一定的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: A test study on deep peak regulation at 30% rated load is carried out in a 330 MW circulating fluidized bed unit,the preparation work and matters needing attention in the course of deep peak-regulating diagnostic test are described in detail,and the test operation process,problems encountered in the process and adjustment strategies are introduced.The test results show that,the target of the original NOx generation value below 50 mg/m~3 in DG1177/17.4-Ⅱ2 circulating fluidized bed boiler can be achieved under the 30%rated load condition by adjusting the air distribution,bed temperature and bed pressure.To prevent the adjustment of steam pressure,steam temperature and NOx emission value from disorder,the large addition and subtraction of coal should be avoided under low load conditions.The steam turbine adopts the single valve mode,which can effectively increase the reheat steam temperature.The results of this paper can provide certain reference for the deep peak regulation at 30% rated load of the same type of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
