基于层次分析-熵权法的氧化锌避雷器阻性电流测试仪综合质量评价

Study on Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of ZnO Surge Arrester Resistive Current Tester Based on AHP-Entropy Weight Method

  • 摘要: 为科学、有效地评价氧化锌避雷器阻性电流测试仪产品的质量水平,辨别优劣供应商,提出了一种基于层次分析-熵权法的测试仪综合质量评价方法。通过数理统计分析、试验结果量化赋值和加权调整等方法,从技术性与经济性两个维度提取出质量评价指标,经过主客观组合赋权,结合客观数据得到产品的综合评价指数,实现对不同厂家产品的综合质量排序。算例分析结果表明,该方法能够较好地区分不同厂家测试仪的质量水平,凸显部分产品存在的测量结果分散性大、抗干扰性能差、维修经济性差等质量短板或薄弱环节,可为相关产品质量提升、招标采购和入网检测提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the quality level of resistive current tester products for zinc oxide arrester scientifically and effectively,and distinguish between strong and weak suppliers,a comprehensive quality evaluation method of tester based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-entropy weight method is proposed in this paper. By means of mathematical statistical analysis,quantitative assignment and weighted adjustment of test results,the quality evaluation index is extracted from two dimensions of technicality and economy. Finally,through the subjective and objective combination of weights,combined with the objective data,the comprehensive evaluation index of each product is obtained and comprehensive quality ranking of different manufacturers’ products is achieved.The example results show that this method can better distinguish the quality levels of testers from different manufacturers,and highlights the quality shortcomings or weak links of some products such as large dispersion,poor anti-interference performance,and poor maintenance economy of measurement results,which can provide reference for quality improvement,bidding and procurement and network access testing of related products.
