  • 摘要: 针对某电厂2×300 MW汽轮机组存在的汽封弹簧失效、汽封磨损及间隙大等问题,开展了汽轮机随动悬浮齿汽封的应用研究。介绍了汽轮机随动悬浮齿汽封节能技术的工作原理、技术特点、改造方案,实际应用证明,随动悬浮齿汽封技术具有显著的节能效果和良好的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of steam seal spring failure,steam seal wear and large clearance of 2 x300 MW steam turbine unit in a power plant,the application research of steam turbine following-up suspension tooth seal is carried out.And the working principle,technical characteristics and transformation scheme of steam turbine following-up suspension tooth seal energysaving technology are introduced.The practical application shows that the following-up suspension tooth seal technology has remarkable energy-saving effect and good prospect for promation and application.
