Abstract:
In this paper,the boiler with front and rear wall counter burner arrangement in a thermal power company in Shanxi Province is studied. In order to address the coking and high temperature corrosion issues of water wall of both sides caused by burning high sulfur coal,a new type of all-round wall-sticking wind device is developed,and oxygen measurement points are installed on the water wall near the nozzle of the wall-sticking wind device,to sense the flue gas atmosphere near the water wall,providing the basis for the operation adjustment of the wall-sticking wind. After the implementation of this achievement,the problems of coking and high temperature corrosion of water wall on both sides of boiler with front and rear wall counter burner arrangement are alleviated,and the expected effect is achieved,bringing remarkable economic benefits to the enterprise.
