Cause Analysis and Treatment of a Main Transformer Trip Fault

  • 摘要: 手车开关柜触头发热长期干扰着电网的安全稳定运行,由于安装工艺不合格、操作人员专业素质水平不一、设计不合理等原因,常常使开关柜动静触头间的接触误差超过标准值,动静触头接触不良,接触电阻逐步增加,最终导致发热烧毁甚至引起绝缘击穿引发跳闸事故。以一起主变压器跳闸故障为例,探讨了故障发生的原因及处理对策。

     

    Abstract: The problem that the contact of the handcart switch cabinet heats has long interfered with the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Due to the unqualified installation technology,the different professional quality of the operators and the poor design,the contact error between the dynamic and static contacts of the switch cabinet often exceeds the standard value.Poor contact between dynamic and static contacts leads to a gradual increase in contact resistance,which may eventually lead to a burnout due to heat,insulation breakdown and even tripping accidents.With a tripping fault of main transformer as an example,the causes and countermeasures of the fault are discussed.
