Abstract: This paper,with serving the energy revolution as the goal and high-standard planning as the guide,promotes the efficient connection and resonance between power grid planning and strategic deployment,and helps to achieve high-quality,stable and orderly development of new power systems;with improving the organizational structure as the starting point,helps to create a new pattern of "double-circulation" multilateral cooperation;with deepening the service carrier as the focal point,helps to build an "offline+online" dual-line management mode,and establish long-term feedback mechanism;with accurate planning as the target,helps to build a new service platform of "one library and two systems",and promotes the effective formation of a planning mechanism for efficient coordination and linkage and joint innovation between the government and enterprises.
