Test Study on Low-load Combustion Adjustment of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler of 300 MW Units

  • 摘要: 为提高机组运行的经济性,开展了低负荷燃烧调整试验研究。通过对运行总风量、上下二次风配比和床压的调整,分析了各参数变化对锅炉热效率的影响,并提出提高机组运行经济性的调整措施和建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the operation economy of the unit,the test of low-load combustion adjustment is carried out.The influence of different parameters on boiler thermal efficiency is analyzed by adjusting the total operating air volume,the ratio of upper and lower secondary air and the bed pressure.And the adjustment measures and proposals to improve the operation economy of the unit are put forward.
