Abstract: Based on the conventional meteorological data in Qingdao and Jinan city from 1967 to2016,the differences in climatic factors and climate comfortability were analyzed in both cities,by using climate statistics methods and climate comfort assessment models. The results showed that:（1）The annual average temperature and seasonal average temperature increases in two cities. The annual average wind speed and seasonal average wind speed decreases. There is no obvious decreasing trend in the annual average relative humidity.while the annual average sunshine hours and seasonal average sunshine hours decrease obviously.（2） The comfortable period of two cities are about 4 months,the month of comfortable wind is 3 months in Qingdao and 4 months in Jinan,the month of wearing a shirt or casual clothes is 4 months in Qingdao and 3 months in Jinan.（3） The temperature-humidity index and wind efficiency index in most months shows significant upward trends,the clothing index shows a significant downward trend,the comprehensive comfort index shows an downward trend from June to September,but basically a upward trend in the remaining months in Qingdao. Four categories of indexes have a significant upward and downward trend from February to March in Jinan,but most of the remaining months,the upward and downward trends are not significant.（4）The comfort period in two cities are prolonged,and more than the more comfortable level,Qingdao has 8 months,Jinan has 7 months. The comfortable level of Qingdao was obviously higher than that of Jinan,and the annual climate comfortability is higher than that of Jinan.
