特高压交流线路中铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线选型研究

Research on Selection of Aluminum-coated Carbon Fiber Composite Core Conductor in UHV AC Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 特高压交流线路具有运行电压高、输送容量大、线路损耗低的特点,铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线具有弧垂小、线损低、耐高温、输送容量大、储备容量大、负荷转移强等特点。根据二者优势互补的特性,选取4种型号的铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线与钢芯铝绞线进行电气特性、机械特性及经济性三个方面比较。通过技术经济分析,得出铝包覆碳纤维复合芯导线在特高压交流线路应用的合理性。

     

    Abstract: UHV AC transmission line has the advantages of high operating voltage,large transmission capacity and low line loss,while aluminum-coated carbon fiber composite core conductor has the advantages of low sag,energy saving,large capacity,large reserve capacity and strong load transfer.Therefore,Combining the advantages and complementary characteristics of the two,4 kinds of aluminum-coated carbon fiber composite core conductor were selected to compare with aluminum conductor steel reinforced in electrical properties,mechanical properties and economic performance. Through the technical and economic analysis,the application rationality of aluminum-coated carbon fiber composite core conductor in UHV AC transmission line was obtained
