Abstract:
UHV AC transmission line has the advantages of high operating voltage,large transmission capacity and low line loss,while aluminum-coated carbon fiber composite core conductor has the advantages of low sag,energy saving,large capacity,large reserve capacity and strong load transfer.Therefore,Combining the advantages and complementary characteristics of the two,4 kinds of aluminum-coated carbon fiber composite core conductor were selected to compare with aluminum conductor steel reinforced in electrical properties,mechanical properties and economic performance. Through the technical and economic analysis,the application rationality of aluminum-coated carbon fiber composite core conductor in UHV AC transmission line was obtained
