500 kV串联谐振升压电压互感器试验平台校准方法研究

摘要: 为解决谐振电抗器无法拆解式500 kV电压互感器试验平台的实验室校准问题,提出利用谐振电抗器匹配高压电容器方式构成串联谐振电路升压。对串联谐振升压原理进行介绍,对谐振电容配置、一次回路电流监视以及试验平台校准线路进行分析。对试验平台进行了应用试验,在重复性条件下进行10次独立重复性测量。从测量重复性、主标准器、试验平台测量数据修约3个方面进行不确定度评定,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并采用传递比较法进行验证,最后给出了误差分布区间的判断。研究内容可对谐振电抗器无法拆解式电压互感器的校准方法提供参考。Abstract: In order to solve the calibration problem of the 500 kV voltage transformer test platform with resonant reactor that can not be disassembled,a series resonant circuit was proposed to boost the voltage by matching the resonant reactor with the high voltage capacitor.The principle of series resonant boost was introduced,and the configuration of resonant capacitor,current monitoring of primary circuit and calibration circuit of test platform were analyzed.The application test of the test platform was carried out and 10 independent repeatability measurements were made under the condition of repeatability. The uncertainty evaluation was carried out from three aspects:measurement repeatability,main standard and measurement data modification of the test platform.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated and verified by transfer comparison method,and the error distribution interval was determined.This study provides a reference for the calibration method of voltage transformer with resonant reactor which can not be disassembled.
