基于IPSO算法的园区综合能源管理策略研究

Research on Integrated Energy Management Strategy of Industrial Park Based on IPSO

  • 摘要: 现有能源管理技术往往聚焦于成本最优,没有兼顾对环境的影响,因此会造成能量的浪费;反之又可能出于减少环境损害而大大提高成本。为解决园区综合能源系统成本与环境收益平衡的问题,根据工业园区内能源系统的结构,搭建电源的出力模型。分析园区内负荷的组成结构并根据其特点进行划分,提出碳排放量最优、发电成本最优两个优化目标,采用免疫粒子群算法(Immune Particle Swarm Optimization,IPSO)自动对优化目标赋予权重并进行优化求解,实现多目标的协调优化。最后以某工业园区内数据为例进行实例验证,对优化前、后结果进行比较,发现该优化方案降低了园区内综合发电成本和碳排放量,验证了该优化方案的有效性,并对可能存在的问题提出了相应的建议。

     

    Abstract: Existing energy management technologies tend to focus on the optimal cost without taking into account the impact on the environment,which will cause energy waste and even greatly increase the cost to reduce environmental damage.In order to solve the problem of balancing the cost and environmental benefits of the comprehensive energy system in the park,the output model of the power supply was built according to the structure of the energy system in the industrial park. The composition structure of the load in the park was analyzed and divided according to its characteristics.Two optimization objectives of optimal carbon emission and optimal power generation cost were proposed. Immune particle swarm optimization(IPSO)was used to automatically give weight to the optimization objectives and optimize the solution,so as to realize multi-objective coordinated optimization.Taking the data in an industrial park as an example,the results before and after optimization were compared.It was found that the optimization scheme reduces the comprehensive power generation cost and carbon emission in the park,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimization scheme,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for possible problems.
