铅富集技术在电网退运铅蓄电池处理中的应用

Application of Lead Enrichment Technology in the Treatment of Decommissioned Lead-acid Batteries in Power Grid

  • 摘要: 随着电网新能源装机容量的快速提升,储能设施的建设和更新需求愈发增强。电网退运铅蓄电池的无害化处理成为了电网环保亟待解决的难题。首先介绍了铅蓄电池在电网储能中的应用与废弃处置现状,然后结合废弃铅蓄电池的环境危害性,归纳了现有的铅集中回收工艺在退运铅蓄电池大量处置中的作用,最后重点分析了铅富集技术在铅分散回收与微量回收中的发展方向与应用前景,为退运铅蓄电池无害化处理技术的关键环节提出了建议,以期为规避新能源储能的大规模应用带来的环保风险提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid increase of the installed capacity of new energy in power grid,the demand for the construction and renewal of energy storage facilities is increasing.The harmless treatment of decommissioned lead-acid batteries from power grid has become an urgent problem to be solved in power grid environmental protection.Firstly,the application and waste disposal status of lead-acid batteries in power grid energy storage were introduced.Then,combined with the environmental harm of waste lead-acid batteries,the role of the existing lead centralized recovery process in the mass disposal of returned lead-acid batteries was summarized.Finally,the development direction and application prospect of lead enrichment technology in lead dispersion recovery and trace recovery were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward for the key links of the harmless treatment technology of lead-acid batteries returned,which provides a reference for avoiding the environmental protection risks brought by the large-scale application of new energy storage.
