湿式冷却塔消雾节水技术及其评价方法综述
Review About the Plume Abatement and Water-saving Technology and Evaluation Method for Wet Cooling Tower

摘要: 传统冷却塔存在蒸发损失、排污损失等水耗量大的弊端,消雾节水冷却塔在降低蒸发损失的同时也可减小排污损失,因此对消雾冷却塔的研究和应用具有重要的意义。介绍干湿联合、冷凝、雾滴捕捉等消雾方法,综述典型消雾方式的消雾机理及消雾节水效果,重点介绍干湿联合消雾校核及评价方法,指出消雾评价是消雾塔设计及运行优化的基础,同时对比了消雾验收测试规程关于零雾型和少雾型评价标准的特点和差异,指出需要在现有消雾指数基础之上提出新的定量评价指标,以此来指导少雾型冷却塔的设计及运行优化。Abstract: Traditional cooling towers have the disadvantages of large water consumption such as evaporation loss and sewage loss.The plume abatement water-saving cooling tower can reduce the evaporation loss while also reducing the pollution loss,which have the great significance for the research and application of plume abatement cooling towers.We introduce the methods of plume abatement,such as the combination of dry and wet,condensation and droplet capture.The mechanism of typical plume abatement methods and the effects of plume abatement and water saving are reviewed,and the verification and evaluation methods of the combined dry and wet plume abatement are introduced.It is pointed out that the plume abatement evaluation is the basis of the design and operation optimization of the plume abatement tower.At the same time,the characteristics and differences of the zero plume type and the less plume type evaluation standards of the plume abatement acceptance test procedure are compared,and it is pointed out that new quantitative evaluation indicators needs to be proposed on the basis of the existing tower plume index,which can guide the design and operation optimization of less plume type cooling towers.
