Abstract:
Live working is the main technological means for current distribution network maintenance and reconstruction,the work sites are widely distributed over distribution line tower and equipment.With the continuous growth of the number of operations,the task combination and path selection between operation sites have become an important factor affecting work efficiency.A twostage optimization method of live working path in distribution network was proposed.The one-stage model was used to combine the work tasks before the week,and the two-stage model was used to optimize the work path before the day.The two-stage model effectively considered the requirements of multiple time scales,the work time window and the constraints of personnel working hours. Meanwhile,the development method of live working path optimization decision support system based on hybrid programming was discussed.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the two-stage optimization problem.An example was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed two-stage optimization method,which effectively realizes the combinatorial optimization of live working tasks.
