Analysis of Coal Consumption Index and Energy Saving of Cogeneration Units

  • 摘要: 火电机组承担大规模热负荷后运行特性发生变化,煤耗指标评价也更加复杂,现行的发电煤耗计算方法不能合理评价热电机组真实煤耗水平和实际节煤效果。基于热电联产机组实际生产流程重新定义了背压供热机组发电煤耗率指标计算方法,结合背压机组和纯凝机组煤耗率,利用并联蒸汽流理论计算抽凝机组煤耗率。提出社会节煤量指标客观评价热电联产机组节能点及节能量。算例结果表明,新的计算方法能够真实反映机组发电煤耗水平和社会节能效果。

     

    Abstract: The operating characteristics of thermal power units have changed after they have undertaken large-scale thermal loads,and coal consumption evaluation has become more complicated. The current coal consumption calculation methods for power generation cannot reasonably evaluate the real coal consumption level and actual coal saving effects of thermal power units.Based on the actual production process of the cogeneration unit,the calculation method of the coal consumption rate of the back pressure heating unit is redefines.Combining with the coal consumption rate of the back pressure unit and the pure condensing unit,the parallel steam flow theory is used to calculate the coal consumption rate of the condensing bleeder turbine unit,and the social coal saving index is proposed to objectively evaluate the energy saving point and energy saving of the cogeneration unit.The calculation example results show that the new coal consumption index can accurately reflect the coal consumption level of power generation process and the social energy saving effect.
