Research and Simulation of a Cascade Speed Control System for Asynchronous Motor With Double Closed-loop Control

  • 摘要: 针对绕线转子异步电动机,研究并设计一种转速、电流双闭环控制的串级调速系统。分析双闭环控制串级调速系统的组成与工作原理,在此基础上,研究调速系统各个环节的传递函数,进而得出双闭环串级调速系统的动态结构图,分析按照典型Ⅰ型系统设计电流环、按照典型Ⅱ型系统设计转速环的工程化设计方法。给出串级调速系统的仿真参数,仿真结果表明:所设计的双闭环控制串级调速系统具有较快地起动、带载过程,而且能够实现无静差稳速运行,并能高效、高质量的回馈电网。

     

    Abstract: A cascade speed control system with double closed-loop control of speed and current was studied and designed for the wound rotor asynchronous motor.The composition and working principle of double closed-loop cascade speed control system were analyzed,basing on which the transfer function of each link of the designed speed control system was studied. Moreover,the dynamic structure diagram of the double closed-loop cascade speed control system was obtained,and the engineering design method of designing current loop according to typical type I system and speed loop according to typical type II system was analyzed.The simulation parameters of cascade speed control system were given.The simulation results show that the double closed-loop cascade speed control system has a fast starting and load process,and can realize stable operation without static difference,and can provide high efficiency and high quality feedback to power grid.
