Research and Application of Online Operation and Maintenance Technologies for Secondary System of Intelligent Substation

  • 摘要: 智能变电站具有信息数字化、共享标准化特点,较常规变电站技术形态发生根本性改变,突出表现在二次回路虚拟化,给变电站运维带来新的挑战。针对目前智能变电站现场运行维护需求,提出一种二次设备智能化运维技术方案和智能化应用,包括压板状态自动巡视、二次安全措施顺序执行等功能。结合实际变电站应用情况,对各项功能进行了说明,现场应用表明:制定的二次设备智能运维综合方案及智能化应用可提高智能变电站二次系统现场运维操作的准确性和工作效率,为变电站智能化运维提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent substation has the characteristics of digitalization and standardization of information sharing,which has fundamentally changed the technical form of conventional substation,especially in the virtualization of secondary circuit,which brings new challenges to substation operation and maintenance.Considering the current on-site operation and maintenance requirements of intelligent substation,an intelligent operation and maintenance technology scheme and intelligent application of secondary equipment were proposed,including automatic inspection of soft strap status,sequential execution of secondary safety measures and other functions.Combined with the actual substation application,the functions were described.The on-site application shows that the comprehensive scheme of intelligent operation and maintenance of secondary equipment and intelligent application can improve the accuracy and efficiency of on-site operation and maintenance of intelligent substation secondary system,and provide ideas for intelligent operation and maintenance of substation.
