无人值守变电站设备电源远控管理装置的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Remote Control and Management Device for Equipment Power in Unattended Substation

  • 摘要: 无人值守变电站二次设备软硬件易出现系统崩溃或死机等故障缺陷、根据调度存在硬复位需求等情形,针对传统工序需要运维人员制订检修工作计划、开票、工作人员赶赴变电站重启设备电源,整套流程浪费人力、物力、财力且恢复时间长,不利于电网的安全平稳运行等问题,研制一套变电站设备电源远控管理装置,采用电力站内光纤专网进行通信,构建了远程电压控制合位逻辑关系程序,实现电源远控装置与远动通信装置建立TCP连接,按照TCP/IP协议通信,或者RS485串口连接方式,利用高级指令微处理器(Acorn RISC Machine,ARM)单片机处理及继电器控制等单元,实现远程控制电源通断重启设备的功能,该装置的研发降低了人工操作成本、节省了设备恢复时间,保证了电站设备的通信连接的稳定性,保障了变电站设备运行的可靠性,有效提高了电网实时监控能力。

     

    Abstract: The software and hardware of unattended substation secondary equipment are prone to system crash or crash and other fault defects,and the dispatching center has a hard reset requirement. The traditional process requires the operation and maintenance personnel to formulate the maintenance work plan and make an invoice,and the personnel rush to the substation to restart the equipment power supply.The whole process wastes human,material and financial resources,and the recovery time is long,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.A remote control and management device for power supply of substation equipment was developed.The optical fiber special network in the power station was used for communication,and the remote voltage control closing logic relationship program was constructed to realize the TCP connection between the power remote control device and the telecontrol communication device.According to TCP/IP protocol communication or RS485 serial port connection mode,the remote control of power supply on-off and restart equipment was realized by using advanced instruction microprocessor(Acorn RISC Machine,ARM)processing and relay control units.The developed device reduces manual operation cost,saves equipment recovery time,ensures the stability of communication connection of power station equipment,ensures the reliability of substation equipment operation,and effectively improve the real-time monitoring capability of power grid.
