The Structure of Coupling Arrangement of Inlet and Outlet Header for Gas-gas Heat Exchanger

  • 摘要: 为进一步降低电厂运行成本,形成了脱硝与锅炉一体化新兴技术,主要介绍炉内气气换热器在与锅炉耦合布置时的重点与难点。重点对比分析气气换热器进出口的两种集箱结构特点,结果显示:换热器进出口采用固定在包墙的风室结构与带长弯管的圆形集箱结构相比,具有膨胀偏差小、结构布置安装简单、经济性好的优点。

     

    Abstract: In order to further reduce the operation cost of the power plant,a new technology for the integration of denitration and boilers has been formed.The key points and difficulties of the gas-gas heat exchanger in boiler coupling arrangement are mainly introduced.The characteristics of two kinds of structures of the gas-gas heat exchanger are comparative analyzed,and the results show that the air chamber structure fixed on the wall at the inlet and outlet of heat exchanger has the advantages of small expansion deviation,simple structure arrangement and installation,and good economy compared with the header structure with long elbow.
