Abstract:
The electric energy waste and equipment loss are common in the traditional dumper system of thermal power plants, for the motors of the system always work under constant torque and full load conditions.Taking the dumper system of two 700 MW units in a power plant as the research object, and taking the traction machine and the trolley machine as the main equipment,an energy saving control optimization scheme is proposed.Firstly,an energy-saving control module based on the dynamic input of the motor is added to the dumper system, and then the control optimization is realized by means of software and hardware coordination. In the improved dumper system, the motor dynamically adjusts the input rate following the system load, thereby improving the production efficiency of the dumper system. The actual operating conditions show that under the same operating conditions, the proposed energy saving control scheme can significantly reduce the power consumption and equipment loss of the traction machine and the trolley machine, and improve the economy and stability of the operation of the dumper system.
