摘要: 局部放电试验是变压器现场交接试验关键试验项目之一,能有效解决常规试验项目无法发现的变压器内部绝缘损伤。以一起220 kV变压器现场交接试验时局部放电异常为例,介绍了故障概况,对变压器进行外部排查、内部诊断,通过对比正常接线与支撑法接线的试验结果,判断局部放电类型及位置,通过综合分析及试验对上述试验方法进行了验证,并给出了调整首端绝缘、对调高压套管等处理措施,提供了一套完整的局部放电异常问题解决方案,为现场局部放电试验异常分析提供了参考。Abstract: Partial discharge test is one of the key test items of transformer field handover test,which can effectively solve the insulation damage of transformer which can not be found in conventional test items.The analysis and treatment methods were introduced based on an example of partial discharge fault during field handover test of 220 kV transformer.Firstly,the fault situation was introduced.Then,the external investigation and internal diagnosis of the transformer were carried out,and the type and location of partial discharge were determined by comparing the test results of normal wiring and support positioning wiring.Finally,the above test methods were verified by comprehensive analysis and test,and the treatment measures such as adjusting the head end insulation and adjusting the high voltage bushing were given.This paper gives a complete set of solutions to the problem of partial discharge fault,which provides a reference for the analysis of partial discharge fault during field handover test.
