Stability Capacity Analysis of Single Angle Component With Circular Holes

  • 摘要: 角钢构件作为输电格构式塔架的主要部件,部分角钢因工艺或安装需要设置无约束孔洞。目前国内外规范仅考虑孔洞对构件强度的影响而忽视其对构件受压稳定承载力的影响。借助有限元软件ANSYS,对开圆孔单角钢构件进行数值分析,讨论了长细比、开孔大小、数量和位置对构件轴压极限承载力的影响。结果表明:开孔对构件受压稳定承载力的影响不容忽视,其影响程度与杆件长细比和开孔布置相关;长细比越大,开孔对构件承载力的影响越低;开孔越大、数量越多,构件承载力越低;开孔距角钢肢尖越近、距节点越远,构件承载力越低。

     

    Abstract: Angle members are the main components of transmission lattice tower,some of which need no constraint holes due to technics or installation.At present,the domestic and foreign specifications only consider the influence of the hole on the strength of the component,but ignore its influence on the compression stability capacity.The finite element software ANSYS was used to numerically analyze the single angle component with circular holes,and the influence of slenderness ratio,opening size,number and location on the ultimate capacity of axial compression was discussed.The analysis results show that the influence of opening on the compression stability capacity of components can not be ignored,and its influence degree is related to the slenderness ratio and opening arrangement.The larger the slenderness ratio is,the lower the influence of opening on the capacity of components.The larger the opening is and the more the number is,the lower the capacity of components.The closer the opening is to the steel limb tip and the farther it is from the joint,the lower the capacity of the components.
