Modification Calculation Method of Ground Anchor Force for Transmission Line Engineering

  • 摘要: 在输电线路工程组塔、架线施工过程中,地锚主要用于拉线或导线的锚固,属于受力工器具,是影响整个工程施工安全的重要因素。目前,对施工地锚的抗拔力计算一般参考线路施工指导手册中的经典公式使用土重法进行计算校核,但在配图中显示抗拔力方向为拉线方向斜向上,这与土力学中抗拔力的概念并不一致。为避免因计算结果不准确造成输电线路工程施工现场安全隐患,在对原地锚抗拔力经典计算公式进行分析的基础上,利用土力学中的土重法,引入界限埋深对原经典公式进行修正,重新计算地锚的抗拔力并对结果进行分析。通过对比,发现原经典公式在土质较差的条件下计算误差较大,不能满足施工现场对地锚抗拔力计算的校核要求。运用修正公式能够更精确计算输电线路工程地锚抗拔力。

     

    Abstract: Ground anchors are mainly used to anchor the transmission lines or stay wires during the construction of transmission line towers and overhead lines which belong to stress tools and instruments,affecting the safety construction of the whole project.Currently,the calculation of uplift force of ground anchor generally refers to the classical formula in the route construction instruction manual,and uses the soil weight method for verification.However,the drawing in manual shows that the uplift force direction is inclined upward,which is inconsistent with the concept of uplift force in soil mechanics.To avoid potential safety hazard caused by inaccurate calculation results,by using soil weight method in soil mechanics,the limit buried depth was introduced to modify the original classical formula based on the analysis of the classical calculation formula,and the uplift force of the ground anchor was recalculated.Through comparison,it is found that the calculation error of the original classical formula is large under the condition of poor soil quality,which can not meet the verification requirements of the calculation of the uplift force of the ground anchor at the construction site.The modified formula put forward by this paper can be used to calculate the uplift force of the ground anchor of transmission line engineering more accurately.
