Abstract:
In the context of carbon-constrained,the energy exchange among multiple park-level integrated energy systems(PIES)in same regions can contribute to carbon emission reduction and economy improvement. However,it is challenging to build the reasonable carbon trading mechanism, and address the problems of interest conflicts and the uncertainties of renewable energy sources(RES)in the energy interaction process. To this end,a low-carbon economic scheduling model for multiple PIESs based on the ladder carbon trading mechanism in an uncertain environment was proposed in this paper. Firstly,we addressed the uncertainties with the situational awareness technology, thus reducing the risks brought by the uncertainties. Then, the ladder carbon trading mechanism was established to better control the amount of carbon emissions from the system.Furthermore, the cooperative game theory was introduced to describe the energy interaction processes of multiple PIESs and Shapley value allocation strategy was used to achieve balance of interests. Finally, case studies vertify the effectiveness of the proposed model in promoting the realization of low-carbon target, avoiding the interest conflicts, and improving the operation flexibility of PIES.
