新型电力系统终端通信网优化方案研究

Research on Optimization Scheme for New Power System Terminal Communication Network

  • 摘要: 随着新型电力系统的深入推进,采集控制逐步向配电和用电侧延伸和下沉,源网荷储各环节衔接更紧密,海量数据需要实时汇聚和高效处理,对终端通信网的网络覆盖、业务承载、便捷接入、安全可控、规范管理等方面都提出了更高的要求。基于这种情况,对终端通信网的覆盖范围、业务承载能力、灵活便捷性、技术安全性等方面提出优化方案,构建“网络全域覆盖、业务全面支撑、终端高效接入、技术安全可控”的终端通信网络,全方位满足各类电力业务的通信接入需求,提升网络承载能力、业务支撑能力和资源利用率,提高终端通信网的安全可靠性、经济适用性、管理科学性,为构建新型电力系统数字技术支撑体系提供重要基础保障,服务能源互联网建设。

     

    Abstract: With the in-depth advancement of the new power system,acquisition control gradually extends and sinks to the power distribution and consumption side,and the source-network-load-storage links are more closely connected,and massive data needs to be aggregated in real-time and processed efficiently.This put forwards higher requirements for network coverage,service carrying,convenient access,security and controllability,and standard management of the terminal communication network.Given this situation,we propose an optimization plan for the coverage,service carrying capacity,flexibility and convenience,and technical security of the terminal communication network and build a terminal communication network with full network coverage,comprehensive business support,efficient terminal access,and technology security and controllable.It can comprehensively meet the communication access needs of various power services,and improve the network carrying capacity,service support capacity,and resource utilization rate.It also improves the security,reliability,economic applicability,and scientific management of the terminal communication network,provides an important basic guarantee for the construction of the new power system digital technology support system,and serves the construction of energy internet.
