新型电力系统下通信系统远程接入网研究

Research on New Power System in Remote Access Network

  • 摘要: 国家电网有限公司推动构建新型电力系统,要求通信系统具有更强的覆盖能力、更实时的传输能力以及更大的容量。针对现状,在分析新型电力系统下远程接入网的技术体制,并进行技术体制对比的基础上,研究电力应用场景下远程接入方案。研究表明:在新型电力系统环境下,光纤专网仍是远程接入网的最佳选项,5G通信具有速率高、延时低、容量大三大特性,与新型电力系统海量新能源终端接入及控制类、采集类业务混合承载需求高度吻合。随着相关标准逐步成熟、完善,5G技术及采用5G切片技术构建的“专网”将在远程接入网得到广泛应用。

     

    Abstract: State Grid Corporatipon of China is promoting the construction of a new type of power system,which requires communication systems to have stronger coverage,more real-time transmission and greater capacity. Based on the analysis of technical system and comparison of remote access network in new power system,the remote access solutions are studied in power application scenarios.The results show that in the new power system,the optical fiber private networks are still the best option for the remote access network.5G communication technology has the characteristics of high speed,low delay,and large capacity,which is highly consistent with the mixed bearing requirements of massive new energy terminal access,control and collection services in the new power system.With the gradual maturity and improvement of the standards,the 5G technology and the private network constructed with 5G slicing technology will be widely used in the remote access network.
