Abstract:
Traditional coal-fired power units are gradually transitioning from electricity based power sources to regulated power sources.Due to factors such as external power uncertainty and the randomness of new energy generation, the difficulty of grid regulation has been exacerbated, especially during the heating period.Thermal power units are facing the pressure of dual peaks in electricity consumption and heating, and are forced to submit output reduction applications to the grid dispatching department to meet the needs of people’s livelihood heating.Based on the severe situation of electricity supply guarantee during the heating season,a reasonable evaluation standard for unit output reduction due to heating constraints is proposed to verify the actual output level of the unit;Further propose three technical measures to utilize the characteristics of the heating network to short-term increase the peak output of the unit, and analyze the feasibility and application scenarios of these measures to ensure safe and reliable power supply without additional technical modifications.
